US SHIPPING:  All of our items are made to order, we need 7 to 10 days to create an order, then we ship.  Please keep this in mind when you order.  If you need something faster, please just let us know as we are very accommodating! 

All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority.  We always ship to the shipping address you have provided unless you specify a different location.  We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address that was provided, so please double check your address!

International orders have the shipping choice of USPS First Class International (this is the most inexpensive shipping, with no tracking ability) or Registered Mail USPS (this is a little more expensive but if your package gets lost we should be able to track it from the USPS here in the states.   Registered Mail USPS is a great idea if you have ordered higher priced items or more than 3... just good to know you can track your package. Because we can only track the Registered Mail USPS packages we do guarantee those if they were to get lost.  Unfortunately we can not be responsible for lost First Class International shipments because we can not track them.  So if you are at all worried about your order, you might consider spending a little extra for the Registered Mail option.  If you have any questions at all just let u know and we can help!  

International Buyers: Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US.
