Return Policy

The buyer of any Necklush accessory may return the item at any point within 3 weeks of the time received for a full refund with no questions asked.  We will issue a full refund before you ship the item back so that you are not worried about your money being kept.  We will even pay the return shipping.  And even if the item is damaged on the way back to us we will take the hit.  If you are not happy - you won't pay!  And you will never have to wait for your refund, it's that simple.  Just email us here with reason for your name and reason for returning, and communicate with us in a friendly way!  That's all we can hope for!  How is that for a guarantee? :)

**** please note, this does not apply to the Unearthed cuffs.  Altho we can do returns on those, please let us know within two weeks.  Thanks!
