About Us

Necklush is a handmade accessory developed by Stephano Diaz and Troy Mattison Hicks in Brooklyn NY!  (That's us in the goofy picture:)

We first started selling our Necklush creations on the streets of NYC in 2008. The results were instant and over the top.  People go nuts for Necklush!  Next we set up a shop for Necklush on Etsy.  Etsy is great!  And we've found so much support there with people who love Necklush from all over the world. We realized what an amazing and diverse universe of creative people there are online, and will forever be supporters of the amazing Etsy community.  If you have never been to our Etsy site, please check it out here.

Necklush represented Etsy in the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt Design Museum's Design Triennial "Why Design Now?"  We are very excited that Necklush was chosen from over 220,000 sellers to represent the site in the exhibit.   Here is a link to the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt show: click here.

Necklush is sold at the Art Institute of Chicago.  Santa Monica Museum of Art, The Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, The Institute of Contemporary Art Boston and the Weisman Art Museum Minneapolis.

When you buy a Necklush you are also contributing to an alternative, non-toxic treatment of disease.  Necklush donates portions of our profit to The Gerson Institute - "Healing and preventing disease the natural way."  You can find our more about the center here..

The best thing about Necklush is that it has allowed us to meet so many fun people from all over the world. If you want to say hello please drop us a line, we would love to hear from you. And if you have any questions about our products please don’t hesitate to ask!
